  • Jack-o'-lantern Pie

  • Prep Time: 15 minutes (Total Times 4 Hour 15 Minutes)
  • Serving Size: 8
  • 1 cup Boiling Water
  • 1 package (4-serving size) JELL-O Brand Orange Flavor Gelatin
  • 1/2 cup Cold Water
  • 1 tub (8 ounces) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, Thawed, Divided
  • 1 OREO Pie Crust (6 Ounces)
  • 10 Pieces Of Candy Corn
  • 1 Piece Black Licorice (9 Inches), Cut Into 1 Inch Pieces
  • STIR boiling water into gelatin in large bowl 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Refrigerate 1 hour or until slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).

    ADD 2 cups of the whipped topping; stir with wire whisk until well blended. Spread into crust.

    REFRIGERATE 2 hours or until firm. Just before serving, decorate pie with remaining whipped topping, candy corn and licorice to resemble a jack-o'-lantern face. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.

    Family Fun Omit OREO Pie Crust. Prepare as directed, pouring whipped topping mixture evenly into 6 chocolate crumb tart shells. Let each child create a jack-o'-lantern face on their own pie.
